Shows salt stains really bad due to color and fabric, so not a great “after dive” hat. Also the patch started coming off after a week as it’s glued on and not sewn. Fit of the hat is great.
Ted, Every once in a while a company tries something new and every once in a while it doesnt work out. We tested a new process and thought we got it right but about 5% failed. Which isn't good enough. We have gone back to stitching all our patches. We just sent you an email for a new hat or full fefund. It's that simple... We back our gear. Period. Look forward to hearing from you.

I have a large head and hats just never fit right, especially SnapBack. I have this one a try because it had the SnapBack with flex fit. What a fit. I don’t have to put it on the last snap and it doesn’t squeeze my head. Perfect stretch at a reasonable snap so it doesn’t look ridiculous. The hat is very well made and the patch is phenomenal. I was very nervous to buy this hat because I was sure it would sit in the closet next to the 30 other hats that don’t fit but it has been on my head everyday since I bought it. If you’re reading this far, I’m sure you have the same head size issues. Buy the hat, you won’t regret it.
The front patch is just glued on and was half off when to took it out of the box , very disappointing
