To be eligible for a return, refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Here’s the rundown:

  • FREE RETURN SHIPPING

  • Email us and we will send you a return shipping label.

  • Just keep it within 30 days people
  • Product has not been worn / used or washed

  • Tags are attached and product is in original packaging
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Let’s keep it honest: We reserve the right to refund at our discretion based on the condition an item is returned. You wear it, you keep it.
  • SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We’ll get it all done within 2 operational periods (2 days.) 

Sometimes our banks can be slow. If your refund hasn't shown up with 5 days, please contact us at customerservice@blackmaskdivers.com. We’ll get you squared away.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost by USPS or UPS or stolen by porch pirates or other nefarious crooks. Your tracking number guarantees your order made it to a shipping facility. 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something due to sizing issues, throw a copy of your invoice in the box with a note telling us what size 'ya need. We got 'cha covered.
